WHAT COULD YOU USE THE $2000 GRANT FOR?
Anything you need in your business to move the needle forward. For example:
- Business start-up costs
- Hiring an employee
- Investing in tech & equipment
- Buying supplies or materials
- Book studio space to record music or podcast
Anything else EXCEPT courses, programs or coaching.
WHY CAN'T YOU USE THE FUNDS FOR LEARNING?
There is a place for learning and taking courses, but we've noticed most of our past applicants already have the knowledge, skills and know-how.
What they really need is to start DOING IT.
We want to encourage getting into ACTION and actually DOING THE DANG THING.
*For that reason, any applicants that declare they'll be using the funds for education, courses or programs will be disqualified.*

The application form is like a Conscious Business Plan. It'll help you get clear on your values & goals, the path to get there and your long term dreams.
Completing the application will put you ahead of the curve and help move your business forward, even if you don't win the grant.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Click the link below to apply.
2. Pay the application fee.
3. The application link will be sent to you via email - you MUST opt in to receive this email!
4. Fill out the application. This can take anywhere between 60 to 120 minutes, depending on your writing style.
It's a good idea to complete your answers elsewhere, before inputing them into the form.
PRO TIP: Don't forget to EDIT & pay attention to the max word count.
5. Submit when you're ready.
6. The winner will be notified by August 20, 2024.

6. Authenticity in your application. Can we hear your authentic voice?
Our judges have a diverse range of experience and business beliefs. They will be looking for projects, businesses, content, and media born from the heart, with a true desire to serve and help others.

WHO ARE WE?
We're Nicole Murphy and Shawna Murphy (we're cousins-in-law!). We are two entrepreneurs who started the Thriving Over Surviving Grant Fund because we are super passionate about supporting you in bringing your dreams to life so that you can have the impact you’re meant to have. That’s something we’re willing to devote our lives and business to.
WHY ARE WE GIVING AWAY MONEY?
We put 10% of all our revenue towards the Grant Fund because we're extremely passionate about encouraging others to live life to the fullest expression of who they are here to be and how they are meant to serve.
We believe entrepreneurship is the key to do that.
WHAT WE DO?
We give financial and educational support for project development, personal development, business development, equipment, and supplies for entrepreneurs and creators.
WHO WE HELP?
Our grant recipients are people listening to the deepest calling on their hearts. They are courageously showing up to serve their communities as entrepreneurs of all kinds: artists, content creators, musicians, and so many more.

With each donation we receive 80% goes right back into the Giveback Fund. The remaining 20% goes towards staffing, service fees, marketing, and business development to maintain and grow a thriving grant organization.
